Lorem Ipsum – All Languages Are Foreign

Lou Sarabadzic is a French bilingual writer living in the UK. She has published in French a novel, and a poetry collection which was awarded the Prix de la Crypte in 2016. She blogs in both English and French about OCD and her experience of mental health issues, as well as family relationships. In January 2018, she received the Dot Award for Digital Literature for the interactive #NerdsProject. Lou's poems, in French and English, also appeared in a range of publications including Gutter, Morphrog, and A) GLIMPSE) OF). With Lisa Franklin, she created Gertrude, a two-woman poetic theatre company inspired by the digital. She is Assistant Managing Editor (Issue Production) at Asymptote, the premier site for world literature in translation. Lou is currently completing a writing residency with the libraries of Blois (France), to write her next book, about travel, in the footsteps of Montaigne.
